We are studying immigration and want t learn more about where our families came from and why. Today your child received two pages to fill in with information about your family history. There is a family tree and a family interview questionnaire. Please have the student fill in as much information as you know and return both sheets by Friday, November 19. Please return the pages even if it is not completely filled out by Friday. Please write "UK" for unknown in any space that is left blank because the information is unknown.

Students will use the information to gather data about the diversity of our class which we will use in several activities between now and Winter Break.
